Free U.S. Ground Shipping

Free economy ground shipping is available on all U.S. orders of $50 or more. All artisan baskets qualify. Delivery takes 5–8 business days after the order is ready to ship.

Preorder Baskets

Our artisan baskets are handmade in Dakar, Senegal. The estimated preorder timeline is approximately 45 days. We’ll email tracking details when your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
